MS SCREED
ISONEM MS SCREEDis a self-leveling, cement-based floor screed that
can be applied with a thickness of 1 to 5 mm. It has a high grip
to the applied surface and resists cracking and shrinkage.

  • • It is used before the finish coat on floors exposed to medium to heavy foot traffic,

    • Before gluing ceramic, marble, parquet, carpet and PVC coverings

    • For leveling rough interior surfaces of 1 and 5 mm.

  • SURFACE PREPARATION:

    Take precautions to ensure that the surface is solid, load-bearing, dust-free and clean. Clean away any residue of oil, grease, rust and paraffin that would reduce adhesion. Do not leave loose surfaces: Repair surface defects. Prevent airflow into the application area. Determine application levels, over large areas, to avoid elevation differences. PRIMARY: Apply ISONEM D 10 LATEX with a brush without diluting at 200 mL/m2, in order to increase the adhesion to the ground and the impermeability to water. Apply ISONEM MS SCREED immediately after application of ISONEM D 10 LATEX, at the latest within 30 to 40 minutes while it is still wet.

    MIXING PREPARATION:

    Mixing ratios: For a 25 kg bucket: 6 liters of water Pour the appropriate amount of water into a clean bucket. Add the material slowly and mix with a mixer on low speed for 3 to 4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Leave to stand for about 2 minutes, mix again for 30 seconds: it is ready to use.

    APPLICATION METHOD:

    ISONEM MS SCREED spreads on its own. Adjust the thickness of the material with the notched trowel. When setting, do not add water, remove surface air with a spiked roller.
