ISONEM M35is a cement-based super crystalline waterproofing mortar. Applied to both sides of concrete surfaces, its crystals react with the lime particles and penetrate deep into the structure of the concrete. It slows down the surface hydration process, and reduces the formation of shrinkage @issures. It protects concrete against corrosion and dilutes chemicals.

  • Suitable for waterproofing interior and exterior floors and walls.

    - Water tanks, waste water,

    - surfaces exposed to sea water,

    - basement and underground insulation.

    - Irrigation canals and tunnel or dam structures.

  • SURFACE PREPARATION:

    Pre-wet the surfaces to be treated 2 hours before application, until the surface is saturated. This process is not necessary if the surface is already damp or wet. Clean off any traces of elements such as oil, dirt, mud. In the event of segregation defects, concrete or rod holes, repair them by applying the adhesion primer ISONEM D10 LATEX before the elastic repair mortar ISONEM M 03. Fill the expansions with the elastic mastic ISONEM A4.

    APPLICATION METHOD:

    In a suitable container, slowly pour 8L of clean water over 20kg of ISONEM M35, while mixing the mixture for 5 min at 400 rpm. When the process is complete, apply ISONEM M35 by brush in three perpendicular coats. Wait 2-4 hours between coats. Application should be made under temperate conditions, in the evening or early in the morning. If coating is not planned, wet application surfaces at 48 hour intervals. This process speeds up curing and provides a successful seal

    TOOL CLEANING:

    Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.
