It is a cementitious repair mortar with high elasticity, waterproofing, adhesion strength and without cracking. It is modified with polymer and fiber additives. It is an extremely strong repair mortar in low and thick internal tension applications. It is used in concrete repairs, preparing floors before waterproofing, filling holes and for chamfers.

  • Repairs of walls, floors before waterproofing, filling of segregation, screw holes and construction chamfers

  • SURFACE PREPARATION:

    Application surfaces must be dry or slightly damp, clean, oil-free, etc., protected from water, mechanical loads and impacts for 24 hours during and after application. The ambient temperature should be between +5 and +35°C. It is advisable to work in a cool place, so early in the morning or late in the evening.

    APPLICATION METHOD:

    Dig cracks or segregations at least 2 cm deep.

    Apply ISONEM D10 LATEX at a rate of 200ml/m2 on absorbent surfaces with adhesion problems. Mix the elastic mortar ISONEM M03 (20 kg) with 4 L of clean water or if you want to reinforce the mortar, mix: 1 L of ISONEM D10 LATEX + 4 L of water with 20 kg of ISONEM M03.

    Mix evenly in a plastic container with a mixer at 400 rpm. If the mixing process is manual, do it gradually in small batches.

    Apply ISONEM M03 with a trowel, while the surfaces soaked in latex are still damp and slightly sticky. In very hot weather, make applications by moistening at regular intervals.

    TOOL CLEANING:

    Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.
