  • 02 / How can I pay for my order?
    We offer several payment methods: credit card (Carte bleue, VISA or MasterCard).
  • 08 / What are the guarantees?
    All products sold by plastinova.fr benefit from a two-year commercial warranty. No guarantee will be possible if the product in question bears traces of blows or friction made on site. To benefit from the after-sales service, the product must not have suffered any shock after delivery. (see general conditions of sale).
  • 10 / How do I use my right of withdrawal?
    From the date of your order, you have a period of seven clear days to assert your right of withdrawal by returning your order to us within this period ( Consumer Code art. L121-20). 60 euros of administrative and preparation costs will be deducted from your total reimbursement including postage. The costs of return by carrier to the PLASTINOVA store at Rue du Sandragon 97220 Trinité MARTINIQUE remaining at your expense (possibility of deposit in our store during usual opening hours).
  • 06 / What are the delivery times?
    Once your order has been confirmed, your package will be delivered to you within 48 hours from the date of shipment (indicative time, Monday to Friday).
  • 04 / How can I view the tracking of my order?
    You can follow the progress of the processing of your order on your personal space by clicking on "My orders". The Status column shows you the progress of your order.
  • 11 / Is my personal information protected?
    Plastinova.fr undertakes not to disclose or resell the personal information of its customers to other service providers.
  • 01 / I lost my password, how do I find them?

  • 07 / My package is damaged!
    Upon receipt of your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport and that the equipment is in perfect condition. This verification must be done in the presence of the driver. In the event that the equipment is damaged, refuse it and note the details of the damage on the carrier's delivery note. This is very important because without this document we will not be able to represent you with the carrier in the event of a problem. Apart from this procedure, no compensation can be claimed from the company Plastinova.fr
  • 09 / Can a company order?

  • 05 / How can I track the shipment of my delivery?
    An email will be sent to you to confirm the shipment of your order as well as the tracking number. The tracking of your package is also indicated on your personal space in the section: “My orders”. By clicking on: "Track my order", you can follow the progress of your delivery. Tracking is updated by the carrier
  • 03 / Is online payment secure?
    In order to ensure the security of your online payments, transactions are carried out on the payment server of our banking establishment. Security is guaranteed by the presence of a padlock icon at the bottom of your browser. Thanks to a data encryption system, you can enter your card number without anyone being able to intercept it.
